God birthed Crossroads Rescue Mission in Bro. Rocky's heart and allowed the doors to open in July 2001. Bro. Rocky is not only the Executive Director, he preaches to the men in morning devotions on a regular basis, as well as numerous other duties. Mrs. Deborah manages the thrift stores as well as managing the cafeteria staff.

 God went even a step further by sending us a faithful staff.
